Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By requesting or engaging Essence Clean for cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Essence Clean Pty Ltd (ABN: 20 671 955 276) will provide commercial cleaning services as outlined in your agreed quote and scope.

2. Scope of Work

All services are delivered according to the scope documented in your cleaning quote. Changes to the scope must be agreed in writing. Charges for additional or out-of-scope work will be invoiced separately.

3. Pricing & Payment

Quotes are valid for 30 days. Prices are in AUD and exclude GST unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are Net 14 from invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Liability & Insurance

Essence Clean carries $20 million public liability insurance. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing structural issues, faulty equipment, or improper use of facilities. Our liability is limited to the value of services rendered.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide safe access to the premises
• Disclose any hazards or special requirements in advance
• Ensure staff are informed of cleaning schedules and access procedures
• Pay invoices on agreed terms

6. Cleaning Standards

We maintain documented cleaning procedures and quality assurance standards. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 2 weeks written notice. Outstanding invoices remain due upon termination.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients in writing. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
